DootDoot is a Discord bot and web dashboard available through Discord and dootdoot.xyz.
By inviting DootDoot to a server, accessing the DootDoot dashboard, or otherwise using any DootDoot service, you agree to this Legal Information document.
DootDoot is an independent project in full compliance with Discord's Privacy Policy, Developer Terms of Service, and Developer Policy. DootDoot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Discord Inc.
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, Developer Policy, and all applicable laws when using DootDoot.
DootDoot provides moderation, automation, logging, leveling, economy, utility, voice, dashboard, and community management features for Discord servers.
Services, features, commands, modules, and functionality may be added, modified, restricted, or removed at any time without prior notice.
DootDoot is provided free of charge. Voluntary donations may be accepted to support development and hosting costs. Donations are non-refundable and do not grant ownership, control, guaranteed support, or special privileges.
You agree not to use DootDoot to:
- Violate any applicable law.
- Violate Discord's policies or terms.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others.
- Distribute malware, spam, phishing content, or malicious software.
- Attempt unauthorized access to DootDoot systems or services.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of DootDoot.
DootDoot may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any user or server that violates these rules.
To provide its services, DootDoot may collect and store:
- Discord User IDs
- Discord Server IDs
- Discord Channel IDs
- Discord Role IDs
- Server configuration settings
- Dashboard configuration settings
- Moderation records and logs
- Leveling and economy data
- Activity and usage data required for bot functionality
- Authentication information provided through Discord OAuth2
- Essential website cookies required for login and dashboard functionality
- Your IP address while accessing this website and the provided DootDoot Web-Dahsboard.
DootDoot does not intentionally collect passwords, payment information, private messages outside of required functionality, or voice recordings.
Collected information is used solely to:
- Provide and operate DootDoot services
- Authenticate users through Discord OAuth2
- Maintain server settings and configurations
- Process moderation, leveling, economy, and utility features
- Improve reliability, security, and performance
- Investigate abuse, misuse, or security incidents
Information is not sold, rented, or shared for any purposes other than the ones strictly necessary to operate DootDoot and provide its services.
No Information is used for marketing or advertising purposes.
DootDoot is hosted in British Columbia, Canada.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate DootDoot and provide requested services.
Server-specific information may be deleted after the bot is removed from a server, subject to reasonable backup and maintenance requirements.
Users may request deletion of their stored data through the official DootDoot Support Server.
DootDoot relies on third-party services including Discord.
Your use of DootDoot may therefore also be subject to the policies, terms, availability, and limitations of those third-party services.
DootDoot is not responsible for the actions, content, policies, outages, or decisions of third-party providers.
DootDoot, its branding, website content, documentation, and custom-developed features remain the property of DootDoot unless otherwise stated.
DootDoot may incorporate open-source software and components that remain subject to their respective licenses and copyright notices.
Nothing in this document grants ownership rights to users.
DootDoot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
No guarantee is made regarding availability, uptime, reliability, feature continuity, compatibility, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Temporary interruptions, maintenance periods, software defects, and third-party outages may occur.
