FAIR-DISCLAIMER:
I am solo developer, and I made DootDoot out of frustration with
existing bots locking all of their features behind a paywall, so
do not expect fast responses and exceptional support.
The documentation covers everything, and the bot itself will also explain
every command, sub-command, option, and value.
Cause I own the physical hardware it runs on and don't mind providing it with the resources necessary, plus i need it myself.
So just thought i would do the community a service and share it with peeps like yourself! :)
Users can set up their own API's for their server, or use RSS feed for social notifications.
Yes. It has a cache system to further reduce requests and calls.
(different per API type!)
DootDoot uses open-source libraries and plugins, so it wasn't all "solo" work.
I can... but I won't.
The bot is provided as is. (Sorry <3)
(unless if we're friends and you ask nicely and if you really need it.)
I know right?! Admittedly, I suck at texting and responding to messages, but also you can visit the bot's documentation or run a command in your server/DM.
If the command is misused or misspelled the bot will detect it and suggest corrections with details about that command, its sub-commands, options and values.
No u.
Sorry, that was so mean of me. Hope I didn't hurt your feelings. <3
But yeah, I know it does and frankly idc...
It was more of a quick deployment than a super fancy and polished design. (I MIGHT update it later and make it nicer.)
This bot has no premium plans or features, so if you want help the bot's development, just come join me on twitch, I stream and make content. :D
If you really want to support me, a twitch sub or gifted or donations are highly appreciated, though they are not expected!
PLEASE CHECK THE DOCUMENTATION AND DO YOUR TRIAL & ERROR BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS!
I will ignore all questions that are already answered in the bot's documentation.
